Very good
It is a very quiet and pleasant hotel. There is a beach and a cove so close to it that you can walk to both. We went without a car, the cab to the port of Alcudia is around 8€ and from there it is easy to get around by bus. The staff is very attentive and friendly. There is not a huge variety of food, but just enough to choose from. In addition, everything is very tasty.
Es un hotel muy tranquilo y agradable. Hay una playa y una cala tan cercanas a él que puedes ir ambas andando. Fuimos sin coche, el taxi al puerto de Alcudia ronda los 8€ y desde ahí es fácil moverse en autobús. El personal es muy atento y amable. No hay una inmensa variedad de comida, pero sí la justa para escoger. Además, todo muy rico.
We missed that the bar had longer opening hours. We missed lunch one day because we had spent the morning hiking and thought we could order a sandwich or snack at the bar, but we didn't. They did serve drinks and snacks. They did serve you for drinks

We returned yesterday from 1 week in this hotel and we are super happy! The staff was very attentive, reception, cleaning and the waiters Jose Maria and Jose were great, from the first moment we felt very comfortable. It is true that perhaps there is not much variety of food, but what there is is very tasty! And for the number of people staying at the hotel, since it is very quiet, it does not make sense to make a thousand different dishes every day. The area is very quiet, very familiar and the area of the bay in front of the hotel is very special and very peaceful. We were in the buildings of the piscona and it seemed like we were in an apartment, very very comfortable.
Volvimos ayer de estar 1 semana en este hotel y estamos super contentos! El personal super atento todos, recepción, limpieza y los camareros Jose María y Jose geniales, desde el primer momento nos sentimos muy agusto. Es cierto que quizás no hay mucha variedad de comida, pero la que hay esta muy rica! Y por la cantidad de gente que se hospeda dn el hotel, ya que es muy muy tranquilo, tampoco tiene sentido hacer mil platos diferentes cada día. La zona es super tranquila muy familiar y la zona de la bahia delante del hotel es muy especial y se respira mucha paz. Nosotros estuvimos en los edificios de la piscona y parecía q estabamos en un apartamento, muy muy agusto.
Perhaps the rooms, although they were quite good, the sink and some small details would need a little work, nothing serious. And some furniture or shelves in the bathroom would make it more comfortable.
Quizás las habitaciones aunque estaban bastante bien, el lavabo y algunos detallitos necesitarian un arreglillo, nada grave. Y algún mueblecito o estanteria en el baño lo haría más cómodo.

We have been very quiet there! The environment is fantastic, the hotel is quiet and we were very well attended, the food at noon was very good.
The food at noon was super good a la carte almost! And regular dinners, in short an 8 in everything!
We will come back !

Large Suite room, excellent sea views, tranquility of the Hotel, swimming pool and hammocks, attentive staff and cleanliness of all facilities.
Habitación Suite grande,excelente vistas al mar, tranquilidad del Hotel,piscina y hamacas,personal atento y limpieza de todas las instalaciones.
Little variety and quality in food although well cooked, unbottled water in the T.I., uncomfortable beach, lack of parking.
Poca variedad y calidad en comida aunque bien cocinadas,agua sin embotellar en el T.I.,playa del lugar incómoda, falta de aparcamiento.

The renovated rooms are very nice and the location of the hotel is very quiet to be with the family.
Las habitaciones reformadas son muy bonitas y la sotuación del hotel muy tranquila para estar con la familia.
The trip information is not correct: We booked an ALL INCLUSIVE. With a snack menu and schedules that appear in the offer that do not exist. The water is not included in the package. The pool towels apart from giving the deposit, every time you want to change them is 1 euro. The staff is too few to provide these services. Cocktail menu does not exist. They sold us something that did not correspond to reality.
La información del viaje no es correcta: Reservamos un TODO INCLUIDO. Con una carta de snacks y unos horarios que aparecen en la oferta que no existen. El agua no entra en el paquete. Las toallas de piscina a parte de dar el depósito, cada vez que las quieras cambiar es 1 euro. Personal excaso para dar estos servicios. Carta de cocteles inexistente. Vamos que nos vendieron una cosa que no era la que se correspondía con la realidad.

The area and within the shortage of food, was good.
La zona y dentro de la excasez de comida, estaba buena.
Misleading advertising, they have not fulfilled what was offered. Unopened pool. They opened the same day we arrived and there was nothing prepared. Live music was conspicuous by its absence. Drinks offered undrinkable, desserts every day the same on request not buffet. There were no all-inclusive snacks or snacks or ice cream. Unforgettable for all of us who were there.
Publicidad engañosa, no han cumplido lo ofertado. Piscina sin abrir. Abrieron el mismo día que llegamos y no había nada preparado. La música en vivo brillaba por su ausencia. Bebidas ofertadas imbebibles, postres todos los días lo mismo a petición no buffet. No había snacks ni aperitivos ni helados de todo incluido. Inolvidables para todos los que estábamos allí.
