About the accommodation
This charming city hotel is located in Contrada della Torre, just 200 m from Piazza del Campo, in the heart of Siena. The cathedral is 400 m from the historic hotel and Florence is some 70 km away. The residence offers luxurious and modern comforts and services in an original, tastefully renovated building, which is part of the heart of Gothic medieval Siena. The original building dates back to 1600 and the hotel today offers 14 bedrooms, as well as a lobby with cloakroom, breakfast room and WiFi Internet connection. The bedrooms are all different from each other and are decorated in the Liberty style. Some have frescoes and others offer a wonderful view of the city and its medieval streets. Each room has a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, Internet connection, safe, minibar, individually controlled air conditioning and central heating. Guests can go horse riding for an additional fee. A breakfast buffet is served each morning.
