Descripción del alojamiento
Cas Català dispone de piscina al aire libre, jardín, terraza y restaurante en Sineu. El alojamiento se encuentra a 46 km de Campo de golf Son Vida, a 25 km de Parque Natural de la Albufera de Mallorca y a 30 km de Monasterio de Lluc. El hotel también ofrece wifi gratis y servicio de traslado de pago para ir o volver del aeropuerto.
En el hotel, todas las habitaciones incluyen armario. No gatherings or parties of any kind are allowed in the room. The property reserves the right to evict any additional occupants from the room.
This reservation is non-transferable.
In the case of a no-show, a charge for one night's stay (including any applicable government taxes) will be applied to the credit card provided at the time of booking or as per the revised booking conditions in accordance with the offer.
The property reserves the right to evict guests due to their conduct and behaviour or for any other security or medical reasons. This particularly applies if guests do not follow the instructions given by the property's employees, express discriminatory remarks, harass or endanger other guests.
Guests are not permitted to endanger the health, safety, and security aspects of the property at any time.
Guests must present an original identification document upon arrival at the establishment.
Special conditions will apply to respective bookings, and in case of conflict, the conditions of such special offers will prevail.
Local taxes are not included in the price.
In case of a conflict with the actual invoice provided to you after the services have been rendered, the terms of the invoice will prevail.
Guests must maintain an adequate level of cleanliness and hygiene. Guests must always follow the safety and hygiene advice provided by the property and avoid violating it. Guests will be solely responsible for any infringements detected.
All property items and valuables must be properly maintained and not damaged or destroyed. The property reserves the right to impose charges in the future if it is undeniably proven that the guest caused damage/destruction to the property's items (both movable and immovable).
The contents of the rooms (such as: 2 custom umbrellas, 2 pool towels, 4 custom bath towels, 10 custom hangers, 2 custom glass water bottles, 1 air conditioning remote, 1 TV remote, hairdryer with wicker basket, scale, glass sand clock, DO NOT DISTURB sign) are the property of the hotel; therefore, if any of these items are missing at check-out, the customer will be charged on the credit card provided to the establishment.
If you have any allergies, sensitivities, or intolerances to, but not limited to: a particular fabric, material, cleaning product, or food, it is the guest's responsibility to inform the property's management before arrival.
Your valuables can be stored in a safe in your room, or the property can store your valuables upon request. The establishment reserves the right to charge an additional fee for the storage of these items.
In case the items you wish to store are exceptionally valuable, you must notify the establishment before storing them. The property may refuse to store such valuable items.
The management and staff strive to provide a safe environment. We do our best to ensure a safe environment and ask our guests to do the same. The establishment is not responsible for personal items lost, stolen, or misplaced during your stay on the premises due to acts or omissions of the guests themselves.
Lost items found on the premises are recorded and kept in a safe place. Subsequently, the items are disposed of or donated to charity. The property is not responsible for contacting individuals regarding lost items. Perishable items removed from rooms after check-out will only be kept until the end of the day's activities.
Claimed items can be collected at the establishment with valid identification or, alternatively, the establishment can arrange for shipment on behalf of the guest at their expense.
The Company reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any changes, the revised terms and conditions will be immediately posted on this website. Please refer to the most recent information posted here to stay informed of any changes.
We do our best to ensure that reservation arrangements are satisfactory; however, the property accepts no responsibility for financial losses or other types, travel delays, injuries, damages, additional expenses, or inconveniences caused directly or indirectly by any event beyond our control. These include but are not limited to, flight delays or cancellations, civil disturbances, vehicle defects, strikes, thefts, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, wars, fires, floods, acts of God, acts of Government or any other authority, changes in government regulations, accidents, or machinery or equipment failures, maintenance requirements, or industrial action.
