Surrounded with convenience stores and restaurants.# House Rules This unit is located on the 1st floor with smart lock system. Unit provides the following : Bed setting : Bedroom : 2x Queen size bed (sleeps 4 adult) Living Room : 1x Large sofa bed (sleeps 2 adult) Note : Sofa bed are self service Total 6 people can sleep comfortably. The entire unit are new and provide Hotel standard amenities. Kitchen / Bathroom / Washing machine/ Room wifi/Toilet with bidet/powder room/ Toiletries provided : Shampoo, conditioner, body soap. Travellers toothbrush & toothpaste set. Ear plugs for guests who is a light sleeper. Laundry detergent for washing your clothes. You are able to access entire unit of this hotel bedroom. Other things to note : + Clean sheets and Towels + Gas stove, cooking tools, washing detergent, and body wash/shampoo/conditioner + coffee/ tea/ sugar The sofa bed are self-service, all the settings are in the storage/ shelf, with English label on it, clean bed sheets, pillow cover, futon mat, these are real Japanese style, it's super simple you can set up in 2 mins. In my apartment, offer with 1 heater, plus each room offer with air-conditioning which provide heating and cooling air depending on your need. Surely to keep the best comfortable temperature during your stay Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number. Official self check in time is at 3pm. Drop off luggage allowed from 11:30 am. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. If your garbage is full please let me know so I can send my staff to collect it.
