Depending on the check-in time, you may be asked to perform self-check-in (you will be asked to remove the key from the key box and enter the room). In addition, the cleaning staff may be working locally, but please note that we cannot basically support check-in and check-out. ■ Pets who have completed potty training can stay. Please understand that if the room gets dirty or smells, a cleaning fee of 10,000 yen (excluding tax) will be charged by a specialist. ■ Since this facility is located by the sea, it is often affected by weather, temperature, wind and rain, sand and wind. We make every effort to satisfy our customers, but due to such natural phenomena, BBQ may not be possible, equipment may get wet in the rain, and sand may accumulate. In addition, except for the issuance of weather warnings, the schedule cannot be changed or canceled due to normal wind and rain. ■ About tsunami countermeasures. The mountain behind the facility is a hill 33 meters above sea level, and you can reach the summit in about 5 minutes on foot. In the case of the Great East Japan Earthquake, it took a minimum of 26 minutes from the issuance of the tsunami warning to the arrival of the tsunami. Therefore, if a tsunami warning is issued due to a large earthquake, you should have enough time to evacuate without rushing. ■ Please use the outdoor shared space (outdoor bath, bonfire space, BBQ grill, kitchen sink) by giving each other as much as possible. If you want to occupy it by yourself, the maximum usage time is 2 hours. (It means that the entire shared space is used within 2 hours, not individual facilities within 2 hours). Please clean it in time and prepare it for use before handing it over to the next person. If the next person wishes to use the outdoor bath, drain the water from the bath, turn the bath over and wash the inside with a hose before handing it over. Of course, you can continue to use it slowly if no one else is waiting. ■ The room (mobile home) is safely fixed with a wire rope, but wind noise and shaking may occur. ■ If a storm warning (average wind speed on land is 25m / s or more) is officially issued, we will give the highest priority to the safety of the guest and accept a full refund cancellation.
