This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. We pre-authorise a deposit of 300€ one day before arrival by credit card and it is released once the flat has been cleaned and checked. We do not accept groups under 21 years of age in this accommodation. The deposit for groups under 25 years old is 50€ per person. The collection of keys will be at our office located at Calle Virgen de las Nieves 35, Edificio Arttyfal (Sierra Nevada). The timetable for key collection is from 17:00 to 21:00 hours. After 21:00 hours we will leave the keys in a security box and we will send you directions to the accommodation. Check-out time on the last day is before 11 am.
