A ski cellar and a washing machine are also available. A bus stop (also for the ski bus) is right in front of Avenida Residenz an der Burg, and a cross-country ski run starts right at the doorstep. A golf course is just a few minutes away. The Kaprun-Zell am See ski area has about 130 km of slopes. Many other ski areas can be reached by car in 20 to 30 minutes.
