Disappointing
Goede ligging, uitgang aan het strand
heel druk in het restaurant, kamers met 2 brede bedden zouden beter benut kunnen worden door 2 normaal formaat bedden en een klein bankje te plaatsen. Moet nu een op een stoel zitten en de andere op het bed als je TV wilt kijken. Slechts 1 Nederlandse zender BVN. Is overigens bijna overal zo.

Excellent location, the beach is in my opinion the best area of Roquetas. The entertainment team was fantastic! Such lovely people! Room cleaning was lacking... the terrace was cleaned every other day. The waiters were wonderful and quick in everything. One complaint is that the pool is small for all the people there, and the water was scalding hot, it seemed like they were heating it over a fire, practically asking permission to swim. In my opinion, that was the worst thing about this hotel. Everything else was great.

El equipo de animación genial! Un encanto de gente! La limpieza de habitaciones escasa.. la terraza la limpiaban día sí y 3 no.. camareros estupendos y rápidos en todo.
Un queja es que la piscina es pequeña para toda la gente que hay, y agua ardiendo, parecía que la calentaban a fuego, casi pidiendo permiso para bañarte, para mi gusto lo peor de este hotel. El resto muy bien todo.

Overall, our experience was excellent; the all-inclusive package is fantastic. I highly recommend it, especially for families with children, because the entertainment is very good and the staff are incredibly helpful. We'll definitely be back!

The location was exceptional, right on the beachfront. The service was very good and the food quite good; they even had themed dinners in the evenings. Although we hardly used the pool since we went to the beach every day, I found it small for the size of the hotel. The room was quite nice, although with two beds, there was very little free space.

Aunque la piscina apenas la usamos ya que ibamos a la playa todos los dias, me resulta pequeña para lo grande que es el hotel. La habitacion bastante bien, aunque con las dos camas, se queda muy poco espacio libre.
